This is just heartbreaking...

A 13-year-old Australian boy named Jordan Rice told rescuers to save his 10-year-old brother, Blake, before him, as the floods swept through Queensland. His mom was driving through the floodwaters when her car stopped. Jordan, his mom, and his brother climbed up on top of the roof of the car as the waters continued to rise.

No one offered any help until good samaritan Warren McErlean came by with a rope...and Jordan asked him to save his brother first. Jordan and his mom, Donna, were swept away and drowned in the floods.

You can watch a video of Blake's rescuer here.
