Antonin Scalia, rewriting history again...
Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia believes that the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment does not prohibit discrimination based on gender or sexual orientation, even though the Supreme Court unanimously ruled in 1971 that indeed it did. No surprises here, judging from the source.
