Someone at a McCain rally called Obama a terrorist, and McCain did not respond--similar to when a supporter called Hillary a "bitch" and he laughed in response.
Later today, someone in Sarah Palin's audience shouted "Kill him!" in reference to Obama--and she DID NOT RESPOND. Reminds me of when Mike Huckabee joked about Obama ducking from gunfire. Completely appalling, unforgivable, and hateful.
