Captain Underpants Meets George W. Bush, or Fluffy Chucklefanny

For those of you who don't know Captain Underpants, you obviously do not have boys or know the reading habits of boys. Captain Underpants came to mind when I saw this image, available on a baby's onesie or toddler t-shirt at a really cool kids' clothing site I found!:

I love it! It appeals to my childish sense of humor, I suppose. Although technically, according to the Captain Underpants potty humor guide to name translation, George W.
